Exchanges and Refunds
Returning your gloves is simple!
If you have your invoice: Simply follow the instructions on the back of the invoice
If you do NOT have your invoice:
If you have either of the email confirmations we sent you, please print that out and write on the printout
whether you'd like a refund, or if you would like an exchange, what you would like in exchange.
If you do not have the email confirmations, please write on paper the purchasers name, email address, and
your name and address, and your instructions for refund or exchange.
In either case, send your gloves and instructions to:

Our No-Hassle Size Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the way your gloves fit, send them back
within 30 days, unworn. We recommend UPS or insured post. Once we
receive your gloves, we'll send you the right size pair of the same
style with no additional shipping charges, or give you a full refund
(excluding original shipping charges). Gloves returned after 30 days
from when you received them, are subject to a restocking fee at our
discretion. Except in the case of a manufacturer's defect, gloves
returned to us in used or unsellable condition will not be accepted
and will be returned to sender.
No return authorization is needed. There is no need to call us in advance of you returning your gloves.
