Shipping
Leather Gloves Online products are generally shipped within
one business day of receipt of your order. If an item is temporarily
out of stock we will inform you of the expected delay. We
do not charge your credit card for your purchase until the products
are shipped
We offer four shipping options for your purchase:
Standard Shipping(USA) - FREE SHIPPING BOTH WAYS!
Purchases greater than $25
in total value (not including tax and shipping charge) are eligible for our FREE SHIPPING OFFER. Delivery is by mail 2-5
day service by the United States Postal Service. For purchases less than $25, there is a
charge of $5.00 per order.
Express Delivery(USA) - Delivery is by UPS Next Day service.
Deliveries are made Mon-Fri, and is next business day service for most
locations in the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
This option is not available for Post Office Boxes, Alaska or Hawaii. There is
a charge of $18.00 per order. Orders received by 10AM Pacific Time are processed
the same day they are received (except Saturdays, Sundays and
Holidays).
Canada - Delivery is approximately 10 days by
Global Priority Mail and Canada Post. There is a charge of
$12.00 per order.
Destinations other than USA or Canada - Delivery is approximately 10 days by
Airmail using the United States Postal Service and the postal
service of the country of destination. There is a charge of
$20.00 per order.
International Shipping Note: - Unfortunately, the postal rate increases effective May 14, 2007
forced us to raise our charge for delivery outside the United States for the first
time since we started our business in 1998. We have done our best to keep costs as low as possible,
but we recognize that the new rate increases are especially costly for our customers outside the USA.
You can save significantly however by buying more than one pair of gloves, since we charge only one
price per package, no matter how many gloves are in it, or how much it weighs.
The above mentioned shipping
and handling fees do not include Duty and Taxes charged by individual
countries. Leather Gloves Online is not responsible for any
foreign duty charges. Please be advised that you are required
to pay these charges upon accepting shipment.
Special Arrangements - We will be happy to make special
arrangements for delivery on a case by case basis. These arrangements
are priced according to your request. Please contact us by phone, email
or fax for more details.
Refusal or Non-Delivery If you refuse to accept your
package, or you provide an invalid address and the package is
returned to us we will refund your total cost less our shipping
charge or the actual cost of shipping, whichever is greater.
Guarantee
of Satisfaction
Any item found to be unsatisfactory on inspection should be
returned in unused condition within 30 days for a full refund
(excluding original shipping charges). Special orders may be
returned only if defective or not as specified.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return
it AT NO COST TO YOU* and we will be happy to exchange it for you or give
you a refund of the original purchase price (but not the original shipping cost if you paid one) within 30 days
No return authorization is needed.
*The fine print: We only provide return shipping labels for shipments within the USA.
This only works if you have access to email and you have a printer to print the label.
We do not send labels through the US Mail. We gladly provide you return shipping once per order.
If you want to return your gloves a second time for the same order, you may ship them at your cost.
The US Postal Service does not allow packages weighing 13 ounces or more to be deposited in mailboxes.
In the unlikely event that your package weighs more than 13 ounces, you must "hand it over the counter" at your post office.
Please note: to accomodate gift purchases during the Christmas
holiday season our 30 day guarantee is extended to 30 days from
Dec. 25.
Gloves returned after 30 days from when you received them,
are subject to a
restocking fee at our discretion.
Except in the case of a manufacturer's defect, gloves returned to us in used or unsellable condition
will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Sales
Tax
Sales tax is required for purchases sent to addresses in the following states: CA. Sales tax is not required
for purchases sent to other states or for foreign destinations.
