Made by Damascus just for us! The D216 Patrolman is made from thicker cabretta leather than than our classic ultra-thins. We asked Damascus to make these gloves based on an original in our own collection which we had purchased many years ago in New York City. They have not been available for many years. We are happy to say that Damascus has agreed to select special hides just for these gloves and produce them just for us.

This thicker leather on the Patrolman results in a leather glove with more body and shape and a bit heavier look, but it is just as soft and smooth as all of Damascus' great cabretta gloves. For those of you that really know your leather gloves, these gloves are thicker than ultra-thins, and thinner than deerskin. In addition these cabretta leather gloves have a longer cuff and no elastic, making them easier to get them on and off, especially if you were them very tight.
