    Leather Gloves Online products are generally shipped within one business day of receipt of your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will inform you of the expected delay. We do not charge your credit card for your purchase until the products are shipped

     

    Although many of our packages can be delivered without a signature, we reserve the right to require a signature for delivery at our discretion. In addition, with all of our delivery options, the postal carrier or delivery person may decide at their own discretion to not leave a package without direct contact with the recipient. Therefore, if you do not expect to be present at the time and place of delivery, we suggest that it may be more convenient to designate delivery to a workplace or other location where someone will be present to sign for your package.

     

    When we accept your order, we assure you that we will ship your order of in-stock items within 1 business day of credit approval. Once it leaves our warehouse, it is up to the various shipping companies as follows:

     

  • Standard Shipping(USA) -
    FREE SHIPPING BOTH WAYS! Purchases greater than $25 in total value (not including tax and shipping charge) are eligible for our FREE SHIPPING OFFER. Delivery is by mail 2-5 day service by the United States Postal Service. For purchases less than $25, there is a charge of $5.00 per order. There is no guarantee of performance for US Postal Service deliveries.
  • FedEx 2 Day(USA) -
    Delivery is by FedEx 2 Day service. Deliveries are made Mon-Fri, and is 2 business day service for most locations in the 48 contiguous states of the United States. This option is not available for Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO, Alaska or Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Protectorates. There is a charge of $13.00 per order. Orders received by 10AM Pacific Time are processed the same day they are received (except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). For service guarantees, see FedEx service guarantee information below***.
  • Express Delivery(USA) -
    Delivery is by FedEx Next Day service. Deliveries are made Mon-Fri, and is next business day service for most locations in the 48 contiguous states of the United States. This option is not available for Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO, Alaska or Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Protectorates. FedEx delivers to most continental USA address, but not all. We cannot guarantee in advance that FedEx delivers to your location. If FedEx informs us that they do not deliver to your address, we will contact you for further instructions for delivery, usually by phone. There is a charge of $20.00 per order. Orders received by 10AM Pacific Time are processed the same day they are received (except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). For service guarantees, see FedEx service guarantee information below***.
  • Canada -
    We are delighted to offer extremely reliable delivery to Canada by FedEx. When choosing this service we calculate and charge you in advance for all duties/taxes and shipping charges, that is the total "landed cost" This convenient and fast method has many advantages including a predictable delivery time as well as completely assured final total cost. This service is only availble in selected urban/suburban areas of Canada.

    For customers in non-urban, so called "remote areas" we offer first class International Postal service by United States Postal Service in conjunction with CanadaPost. This is not a pre-paid duty service, so duty, GST, other taxes and fees will be collected upon delivery. This method of delivery is also not trackable, and may take as long as 4 weeks to arrive. When placing your order using this method you are agreeing in advance to accept the shipment and to pay any duties and taxes assessed by the Canadian government. We will not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused.

    For all Canadian destinations the shipping charge is $20USD.

  • Destinations other than USA or Canada -
    Like our services to Canada, we are delighted to offer extremely reliable delivery to many destinations worldwide by FedEx. When choosing this service we calculate and charge you in advance for all duties/taxes and shipping charges, that is the total "landed cost". This convenient and fast method has many advantages including a predictable delivery time as well as completely assured final total cost. This service is only availble in areas of the world that FedEx denotes as "non-remote". The cost for FedEx service $22USD.

We will not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused. The cost for this service is $22USD.

  • Special Arrangements -
    We will be happy to make special arrangements for delivery on a case by case basis. These arrangements are priced according to your request. Please contact us by phone, email or fax for more details.
  • Refusal or Non-Delivery -
    If you refuse to accept your package, or you provide an invalid address and the package is returned to us we will refund your total cost less our shipping charge or the actual cost of shipping, whichever is greater.
  • Sales Tax -
    In the USA, sales tax is charged for purchases sent to addresses in the following states: California (CA). Please see above notes about taxes and duties for international shipping situations.

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from Leather Gloves Online. If your new gloves don’t fit perfectly or aren’t what you expected, simply return them in their original, unworn condition within 30 days and we’ll send you a new size or different style, or provide a full refund on the purchase price.**

     

    *Due to our shipping methods, free return shipping is offered to customers within the United States only. We gladly provide free return shipping once per order. If you want to return your gloves a second time for the same order, you may ship them at your cost. Customers outside of the U.S. are invited to send back their gloves using any convenient method and we’ll exchange them at no additional cost.

    ** Returns must be made within 30 days of their original delivery. Gloves returned after more than 30 days may not be accepted, or may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

    (For purchases made during the holiday season from November 1 to December 25, our 30 day return policy is extended to allow returns for 30 days from December 25)

    *** Subject to service guarantees of FedEx at: FedEx Delivery Schedule Our guarantee of timely delivery of instock items does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Leather Gloves Online's control.
